It’s no great mystery where Zach developed his passion for food, with some of his fondest memories coming from spending time in the kitchen with family. Following high school, he attended Johnson & Wales University, graduating with degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts, Food Service Management, and Entrepreneurship. After college, Zach managed several different restaurant concepts, before finding his way back to the family business full time. he is excited to be a part of Mezzanine’s continued growth and is looking forward to expanding on what Mezzanine has to offer.

Zach lives in Lee, NH with his wife Jessica, son James, and dog Etta. When he’s not catering, you can probably find him at the local ice arena coaching youth hockey.
