A Seacoast native, Brittany traces her love of cooking and creating to her Grandmother’s kitchen. She still recalls fond memories from watching her cook family dinners and even getting to help her with some of her special treats. After high school Brittany began working full time in the kitchen and attended Le Cordon Bleu in Cambridge, graduating in 2017. With an externship at the Joinery in Newmarket and several years experience at The Galley Hatch, Brittany joined the Mezzanine team in early 2019.
She brings a passion for great food and commitment to fresh seasonal products. When not in the kitchen, you can find her with her wife Kristy bringing their dog Archie on the big next adventure.
